SAFe ® for Teams
Establishing team agility for Agile Release Trains with SAFe® Practitioner 6.0 certification
Operational and evaluable goals
- Develop the skills needed to become a successful member of an agile train (ART) and learn to collaborate effectively with other teams – by becoming a SAFe® 6.0 Practitioner (SP).
- Gain a deep understanding of ART, how it delivers value, and what you can do to effectively fulfill this role, using Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP).
- Learn how to write stories and break down features, plan and execute iterations, and plan together on a cadence within PIs.
- Learn about the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture.
- Discover how to effectively integrate with other teams, and what it takes to continuously improve the train.
We offer 2 public training courses of each type per year (delay of approximately 6 months).

Prerequisites
No prerequisite
Everyone is welcome to take the course, regardless of your experience.
However, the following prerequisites are strongly recommended for those intending to take the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam :
- Knowledge of Agile concepts and principles
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and XP
- Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes
Methods and tools
- Training provided in French or English
- Face-to-face or remote
- Workbook and course materials in French or English.
- Materials for practical exercises
- Evaluation of the training via interactive questionnaires during the training to check the acquisition of knowledge
- Platforms and tools used: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Mural, Miro, Drive
Included in the training
- Course materials in French or English and practical exercises.
- A license to attempt the SAFe® Practitioner 6.0 exam
- One-year access to the SAFe® Studio platform
- Certificate of course attendance attestation.
Participants must attend the entire training to be eligible to take the exam.

Certification training
At the end of the training, candidates will receive a link to the SAFe Community platform and will be able to take the exam. The first test is included in the training within 30 days. Each new trial will then cost $50, payable directly on the SAFe Community platform.
Following successful completion of the exam, the candidate receives their certification which is valid for 1 year. This must be renewed annually and costs $100/year or through the SAFe enterprise subscription “SAFe Enterprise Subscription (SES)”.

- Exam format : Multiple choice questionnaire (MCQ)
- Method: Via browser
- Duration : 1.5 hours (90 minutes)
- Number of questions : 45
- Score to obtain : 36/45 (80%)
- Language: Exam in English or French
At the end of the exam, you receive your results immediately.
At the end of this training, you will be able to…
- Apply SAFe to scale Lean and Agile development in their enterprise
- Know your team and its role in ART
- Know all the other teams on the train, their roles and the dependencies between the teams
- Plan and execute iterations to create value
- Execute Planning Interval Planning (PI Planning)
- Integrate and work with other teams on the train
